Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excludes weekends/holidays).
  • Delays due to custom requests or inventory checks will be notified via email.

  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days via [e.g., DHL, FedEx, EMS].
  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (additional fee applies).
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, destination, and service type.
  • Free shipping for all orders .

3. Shipping Destinations

  • Worldwide coverage (excludes sanctioned countries).
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once shipped.
  • For lost/damaged parcels: Contact us within 7 days with photo proof to initiate reshipment/refund.

Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized/OEM products.
  • Products damaged due to improper use.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact mail@cy-bros.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address.
  2. Ship the item(s) to our warehouse (return shipping costs borne by the customer).
  3. Refund processed within 5-10 business days after inspection.

4. Refund Methods

  • Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Store credit option available upon request.

5. Exchanges

  • Defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping and resend replacements.
