- Worldwide coverage (excludes sanctioned countries).
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
4. Tracking & Delivery Issues
- A tracking number will be provided via email once shipped.
- For lost/damaged parcels: Contact us within 7 days with photo proof to initiate reshipment/refund.
Refund & Return Policy
1. Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized/OEM products.
- Products damaged due to improper use.
3. Return Process
- Contact mail@cy-bros.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address.
- Ship the item(s) to our warehouse (return shipping costs borne by the customer).
- Refund processed within 5-10 business days after inspection.
4. Refund Methods
- Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Store credit option available upon request.
5. Exchanges
- Defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping and resend replacements.
